Recipe Variant: No-Bake Chocolate Kirsch Cookie Balls

These chocolate-covered no-bake cookie balls are similar to traditional brandy balls or rum balls with the addition of a chocolate coating that helps hold the moisture (and goodness) inside the ball. Usually made with vanilla wafer cookie crumbs, my variation is made with crushed chocolate wafers and flavored with kirchwasser, a German cherry liqueur.
